Our first activity in this field
is electronic troubleshooting on customer site.
We work on following electronic equipment and home automation:
All our paid services are subject to a quote prior subject to the customer's agreement and an invoice.
Our services are invoiced according to their nature
(Industrial and Commercial BIC or Non-Commercial BNC)
and time in hours spent to achieve them.
The time spent is variable depending on
the difficulty and the quantity of the services performed.
Paid services are subject to the application
of a minimum fixed amount of time when they are
carried out alone (see services below).
In the case of troubleshooting and depending on the breakdown,
additional charges may apply
caused by the material supply of
spare parts and additional labor
necessary to repair.
Additional costs are subject to a quote
and are subject to the customer's prior agreement.
Some serious installation failures may require
to mobilize heavy resources external to our company
for repairs (man lift, power shovel...).
Also some breakdowns,
may be outside our scope of action
(e.g. responsibility of your electricity
provider or internet provider).
In these exceptional cases, we inform
the customer for a decision on what to do next.
Any troubleshooting intervention is invoiced with,
at a minimum, the delivery to the customer of an intervention report
with diagnosis and the application of a one-hour flat rate.
Our staff is trained in electrical hazards
for off and on electrical work on all
types of installations, in the LV field
(Electrical authorizations UTE / NF C18-510: B2T - B2V).
Our repair interventions are limited
to indoor LV installations (230/400 V - 50 Hz)
for domestic or tertiary office use.
Our company does not work on the equipment and
installations located in height (height > 3 m from the ground).
We operate exclusively on customer site,
at your premises and at home for individuals,
up to a distance of 20 km from our headquarters.
Travel expenses are invoiced according to
the distance in kilometers between our headquarters and
the place of intervention, and depending on the duration of
intervention for long interventions.
Any trip initiated at the customer's request is invoiced,
including in the event of late cancellation by the customer
or in the event of the customer's absence.
